THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

  • Support the store management in team leadership with a focus on optimal work processes, motivation and customer satisfaction

  • Training new employees

  • Shift management and active participation in Sales

  • Ensuring our high product quality and attractive product presentation

  • Adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards and control over their implementation

THAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Mindestens ein bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel oder in der Gastronomie

  • First experience in leading and motivating Employees

  • Excellent customer orientation and friendly demeanor

  • Awareness of order and cleanliness

  • Flexibility, motivation and resilience

  • Independent and reliable work
