ABOUT THE JOB

You are a baker, love your craft, a team player and would like to be the shift manager in our company Take over bakeries?
Then become part of our friendly team, where the commitment of every individual counts!
Through your work, you will help organize the shifts on a daily basis and ensure that things run smoothly the bakery and make sure that the team feels completely comfortable.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

  • Production of baked goods for our customers in compliance with the applicable recipes and manufacturing processes

  • Allocation of employees for the respective shifts and control of the schedules

  • Induction and training of new and existing employees

  • Ensuring our quality standards, as well as quantity control of baked goods and dough

  • Ensuring daily cleaning work and temperature measurements

  • Responsible for the proper shift handover

THAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Completed training as a baker or master baker
