THESE ARE YOUR TASKS
Ensuring smooth processes of conversion and renovation work in the existing stores
Support in the planning of new stores
Construction management in the expansion of new locations in Germany and major renovation work in the existing shops
Control of craftsmen and service providers
Constant assurance of structural quality and standards
Responsibility for maintenance and repair measures
THAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
Technical/craft training or studies in the field of construction technology, engineering or architecture
Experience in coordinating renovation or new construction projects
Construction management experience in small to medium-sized construction projects
Knowledge in producing CAD drawings with Vectorworks or a comparable Software is an advantage
Good commercial and technical understanding, as well as analytical thinking
Experience in dealing with Microsoft Office
Independent, reliable and structured way of working
Good communication skills and social skills
High sense of responsibility
Strong hands-on mentality
Flexibility and resilience
Very good Knowledge of German
Willingness to travel
