Through your work, you help shape the management culture at Zeit für Brot every day and ensure that your team feels comfortable and that all processes in our snack kitchen run smoothly.

THESE ARE YOURS TASKS

  • Production of fresh sandwiches, salads and muesli for our location in Münster

  • Ensuring our quality standards through precise adherence to our recipes

  • Control of compliance with processes and procedures within the kitchen, as well as in product production

  • Organization of purchasing and ordering of raw materials

  • Regular control of goods receipt

  • Managing the kitchen team, personnel deployment planning and training new employees

  • Compliance with operational hygiene measures and legal regulations HACCP, as well as monitoring their implementation in the preparation, processing and storage of food
