  • Unterstützung in der Leitung der Backstube, mit Fokus auf optimale Arbeitsabläufe und Motivation Deines Teams

  • Staff deployment planning and training new employees

  • Active participation in the bakery

  • Ensuring our high product quality

  • Purchasing and quality controls of raw materials

  • Maintaining cleanliness standards and hygiene standards and control over their implementation

  • Coordination of external service providers

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING WITH

  • Training as a baker and several years of professional experience in the bakery

  • Ideally training as a master baker/master confectioner

  • Passion for the bakery craft and high Quality awareness

  • First experience in leading and motivating employees

  • Awareness of Order and cleanliness

  • Fun, working together as a team
