As a regional bakery manager (m/f/d), you help shape the management culture at Zeit für Brot every day and are responsible for the smooth implementation of all processes in your region.
But above all, it is your job to convey the values and goals that we have at Zeit für Brot to your teams, to support and inspire them.
THESE ARE YOUR TASKS
Responsibility for the organizational management of the bakeries in the southern region
Ensuring smooth production processes and a consistently high level Quality
Planning of efficient personnel requirements and deployment
Responsibility for personnel development and discussions
Compliance with key performance indicators and, if necessary, implementation of measures for production scope, effectiveness and -efficiency
Development and implementation of innovative products in collaboration with production management
Responsibility for compliance with our hygiene and occupational safety measures as well as the Compliance with the organic certification requirements
Contribution to the continuous improvement of production processes
THAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
Completed training as a baker (m/f/d) with master baker examination
Passion for a new baking tradition that combines authentic craftsmanship and sustainability
Experience in leading and developing a larger one Teams
Communication skills and a talent for motivating and inspiring employees
Knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP systems
Very good organizational skills
High quality awareness with a view to costs
Extensive personal responsibility and Hands-on mentality
Flexibility, motivation and resilience
Willingness to travel
