ABOUT THE JOB

You are a baker, love your craft, a team player and want to Take over shift management for our B2B production site in Ahrensfelde near Berlin, which will open in spring 2024?

Share things through your work You will be responsible for organizing the shifts on a daily basis, ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the production facility and ensuring that the team is well-rounded feels good.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

  • Production of baked goods for our business customers (including food retailers and delivery services) in compliance with the applicable recipes and manufacturing processes

  • Classification of Employees for the respective shifts and control of the schedules

  • Induction and training of new and Inventory employees

  • Ensuring our quality standards, as well as quantity control of baked goods and dough

  • Close cooperation with production management to improve procedures and processes
