THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

  • Management the bakery, with a focus on optimal work processes and motivation of your team

  • Staff deployment planning and training new ones Employees

  • Active participation in the bakery

  • Ensuring our high product quality

  • Purchasing and quality controls of raw materials

  • Maintaining cleanliness and Hygiene standards and control over their implementation

  • Coordination of external service providers

THAT'S WHAT YOU BRING WITH

  • Training as a baker and several years of professional experience in the bakery

  • Ideally training as a master baker/master confectioner

  • Passion for the bakery craft and high Quality awareness

  • Experience in leading and motivating employees

  • Awareness of order and Cleanliness
