THESE ARE YOUR TASKS
Management the bakery, with a focus on optimal work processes and motivation of your team
Staff deployment planning and training new ones Employees
Active participation in the bakery
Ensuring our high product quality
Purchasing and quality controls of raw materials
Maintaining cleanliness and Hygiene standards and control over their implementation
Coordination of external service providers
THAT'S WHAT YOU BRING WITH
Training as a baker and several years of professional experience in the bakery
Ideally training as a master baker/master confectioner
Passion for the bakery craft and high Quality awareness
Experience in leading and motivating employees
Awareness of order and Cleanliness
Fun, working together as a team
Flexibility, motivation and resilience
