  • Umsatz- und Kostenverantwortung in allen Bereichen (Verkauf, Produktion und B2B) für unsere Standorte in der Region Deutschland West und perspektivisch weiteren Eröffnungen in der Region

  • Analysis of key business figures as well as budgeting and annual planning

  • Control and optimization of operational processes

  • Leadership and further development of your teams with a focus on optimal work processes, motivation and customer satisfaction

  • Ensuring our high product quality and an attractive product presentation

  • Responsibility for compliance with cleanliness, hygiene and occupational safety standards

  • Coordination of New openings in the West Region

THAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Completed commercial training or studies

  • Several years of experience as a business manager in the catering industry or in a comparable position in the (Food) Retail

  • Experience in leading and developing a larger team
