You are a baker, love your craft, a team player and would like to be the shift manager in our bakeries take over?

Through your work, you will help shape the organization of the shifts on a daily basis and ensure that everything runs smoothly bakery and make sure that the team feels completely comfortable.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

  • Production of baked goods for ours Customers in compliance with the applicable recipes and manufacturing processes

  • Allocation of employees for the respective shifts and control of the schedules

  • Induction and training of new and existing employees

  • Ensuring our quality standards, as well as quantity control of baked goods and dough

  • Ensuring daily cleaning work and temperature measurements

  • Responsible for the proper shift handover

  • Completed training as a baker or master baker

  • First experience in leading a team or shift management
