• Ensuring the smooth processes of conversion - and renovation work in the existing stores

• Support in the planning of new stores

• Construction management in the expansion of new locations in Germany and larger ones Renovation measures in the existing shops

• Control of craftsmen and service providers

• Constant assurance of structural quality and standards

• Responsibility for maintenance and repair measures

• Technical/craft training or studies in the field of construction technology, engineering or Architecture

• Experience in coordinating renovation or new construction projects

• Construction management experience in small to medium-sized construction projects

• Knowledge in producing CAD drawings with Vectorworks or comparable software an advantage

• Good commercial and technical understanding, as well as analytical thinking

• Experience in dealing with Microsoft Office

• Independent, reliable and structured way of working

• Good communication skills and social skills

• High sense of responsibility

• Strong hands-on mentality

• Flexibility and resilience

• Very good Knowledge of German

• Willingness to travel
