Through your work, you shape things every day Organize the shifts and ensure that things run smoothly in the production facility and ensure that the team feels completely comfortable.
THESE ARE YOUR TASKS
Production of baked goods for our business customers (including food retailers and delivery services) in compliance with the applicable recipes and manufacturing processes
Allocation of employees for the respective shifts and control of the process plans|| |114

Ensuring our quality standards and quantity control of baked goods and dough
Close collaboration with production management to improve procedures and processes
Ensuring daily cleaning work and temperature measurements
Responsible for proper shift handover
