In all of our bakeries we bake on site - exclusively with Bioland ingredients, long dough processing and genuinely handcrafted by people. Our recipes contain neither chemical additives nor artificial enzymes. The passion for baking of the highest quality drives us every day.

We are convinced of sustainable business. We have been a Bioland member since our founding and source all ingredients from organic farming.
We produce with green electricity and save on traffic routes because we bake right in the heart of the city. We are part of Slow Food Germany, are committed to good, clean and fair food for everyone and handle food consciously: It is very important to us that nothing is wasted. And we donate what's left out of conviction.
For us, sustainability also means that we set new standards in how we work together. We invest in training and long-term relationships with our employees.
Vicinity
Our bakeries are lively places of craftsmanship. Through our glass bakeries you can not only taste our bread culture, but also see, hear and smell it. We are happy about small and large spectators as well as about an exchange via sourdough tour.
